1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pizza blend)

16 slices pepperoni (regular or turkey)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Form cheese mounds by placing about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese in small circles on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.

Top each mound with 1 slice of pepperoni.

Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until edges are golden and crispy.

Cool for 2–3 minutes on the sheet, then serve warm or with marinara for dipping.
