Ingredients

1½ lbs ground beef

12 oz spaghetti

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons butter

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Cook Pasta:
Boil salted water, cook spaghetti al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain. -
Cook Beef:
Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. -
Make the Sauce:
Add butter, Cajun seasoning, and heavy cream.
Stir in Parmesan, cheddar, and Monterey Jack until melted.
Season with salt and pepper. -
Combine:
Toss cooked spaghetti with the sauce, add a splash of pasta water if needed.
Simmer 1–2 minutes.
