Ingredients

  • lbs ground beef

  • 12 oz spaghetti

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  • Cook Pasta:
    Boil salted water, cook spaghetti al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain.

  • Cook Beef:
    Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
    Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute.

  • Make the Sauce:
    Add butter, Cajun seasoning, and heavy cream.
    Stir in Parmesan, cheddar, and Monterey Jack until melted.
    Season with salt and pepper.

  • Combine:
    Toss cooked spaghetti with the sauce, add a splash of pasta water if needed.
    Simmer 1–2 minutes.

 

  • Serve:
    Garnish with parsley, serve hot, and enjoy bold, creamy Cajun pasta perfection!
