All your favorite burger flavors wrapped in a crispy, cheesy burrito!
Ingredients

1 small chopped onion

1 tbsp butter (unsalted)

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

1 tbsp McCormick Hamburger Seasoning

4 burrito-size tortillas

2 cups frozen crinkle cut fries

8 slices American cheese
-
¼ cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup
-
2 tbsp sweet relish
-
1 tsp white or apple cider vinegar

½ tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp smoked paprika
Instructions

Make the Sauce:
Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, vinegar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Chill until ready to use. -
Cook the Fries:
Bake or air-fry the crinkle-cut fries until crispy and golden. -
Shape the Patties:
Press ground beef into thin, even patties. Season with hamburger seasoning. -
Grill the Onions:
Sauté chopped onions in butter over medium heat until deeply golden and soft. -
Cook the Burger Patties:
Grill or pan-fry the patties. Brush with mustard as they cook. Flip once browned, finish cooking, then chop into bite-sized pieces. -
Assemble the Burrito:
On a tortilla, layer sauce, crispy fries, a slice of cheese, chopped burger, grilled onions, another slice of cheese, and more sauce. -
Grill the Burrito:
Roll tightly and grill seam-side down on a hot skillet until both sides are golden and crispy.
