Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 2 cups green apples, cored and diced

  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

  • 1 cup granola or crushed graham crackers

  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a medium bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well blended.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and fluffy.

  • Prepare the Fruit:
In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, green apples, and red grapes. Toss gently to mix.

  • Assemble:
Add the cheesecake filling to the fruit. Gently fold until fruit is evenly coated. Top with granola or crushed graham crackers.

  • Finish & Chill:
Drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

  • Serve:
Spoon into bowls or glasses, garnish as desired, and enjoy chilled!

Notes

Storage Tip: Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Add granola just before serving for optimal crunch.
