1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup

½ cup sour cream

½ cup milk

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp paprika

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -
Cook Beef:
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Drain excess grease. -
Mix Sauce:
In a bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. -
Assemble Casserole:
Stir beef mixture into sauce. Spread evenly in baking dish.
Top with 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese. Arrange tater tots over the top. -
Bake:
Bake for 35 minutes until tots are golden.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 more minutes until melted. -
Serve:
Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
