Description

The perfect handheld version of your favorite Caesar salad — crisp, creamy, and packed with protein for a quick lunch or easy dinner!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

  • 1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)

  • â…“ cup Caesar dressing

  • â…“ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup homemade croutons

  • Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)


Instructions

  • Make the Filling:
    In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Toss well. Season to taste.

  • Warm the Tortillas:
    Heat tortillas in a dry pan for 15–30 seconds per side until soft, or microwave between paper towels for 15–30 seconds.

  • Assemble the Wraps:
    Divide the salad mixture evenly over tortillas. Fold in the sides, roll up burrito-style, and secure with a toothpick if needed.

 

  • Serve:
    Slice in half or serve whole. Enjoy fresh!
