Ingredients

3 cups chopped romaine lettuce

1½ cups chopped cooked chicken (grilled, fried, or rotisserie)

â…“ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup homemade croutons

Kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

4 flour tortillas or wraps (10-inch)
Instructions

Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Toss well. Season to taste. -
Warm the Tortillas:
Heat tortillas in a dry pan for 15–30 seconds per side until soft, or microwave between paper towels for 15–30 seconds. -
Assemble the Wraps:
Divide the salad mixture evenly over tortillas. Fold in the sides, roll up burrito-style, and secure with a toothpick if needed.
