Ingredients

20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

1½ cups ricotta cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus more for topping)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Fill each shell with the chicken-cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.

Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells and sprinkle extra mozzarella on top.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
