Ingredients

1 lb ground beef or ground turkey

1 onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced

2 cups sliced carrots

1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

½ cup milk

Salt and black pepper, to taste

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend of your choice)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess grease.

In a large bowl, combine cooked meat, sliced potatoes, carrots, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Cover with foil.

Bake covered for 45 minutes.

Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and vegetables are fork-tender.
