Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons paprika

  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

  • 1½ teaspoons salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ⅓ cup olive oil

  • 1.51.7 lbs boneless chicken thighs (approx. 800 grams)


Instructions

  • Make the Marinade:
    Mix paprika, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
    Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  • Preheat Grill:
    Heat grill to medium-high. Oil the grates lightly.

  • Grill the Chicken:
    Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until nicely charred and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).

 

  • Rest and Serve:
    Let chicken rest for 5 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides or salads.
