Ingredients

2 tablespoons paprika

4 garlic cloves, crushed

4 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

1½ teaspoons salt

½ teaspoon ground black pepper

⅓ cup olive oil

1.5–1.7 lbs boneless chicken thighs (approx. 800 grams)
Instructions

Make the Marinade:
Mix paprika, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
Add chicken thighs and coat well. Marinate for at least 20 minutes. -
Preheat Grill:
Heat grill to medium-high. Oil the grates lightly. -
Grill the Chicken:
Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side, until nicely charred and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
