Description

The ultimate cheesy, beefy, crispy burrito with seasoned beef, fluffy rice, creamy sauces, and a golden grilled cheese crust!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix

  • â…” cup water

  • 2 cups cooked seasoned rice (Spanish or Mexican-style)

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ cup nacho cheese sauce

  • ½ cup sour cream or chipotle sauce

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Butter or oil, for grilling


Instructions

  • Cook the Beef:
    Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain grease.
    Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened.

  • Assemble Burritos:
    Layer each tortilla with rice, beef, nacho cheese, sour cream or chipotle sauce, and shredded cheddar. Roll tightly.

  • Grill with Cheese:
    In a skillet, melt butter or oil. Sprinkle cheddar directly onto the pan in a circle.
    Place burrito seam-side down on the cheese. Grill 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.

 

  • Serve:
    Slice and enjoy with salsa, guacamole, or your favorite toppings.
