Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 packet taco seasoning mix

2 cups cooked seasoned rice (Spanish or Mexican-style)

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup nacho cheese sauce

½ cup sour cream or chipotle sauce

4 large flour tortillas

Butter or oil, for grilling
Instructions

Cook the Beef:
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer until thickened. -
Assemble Burritos:
Layer each tortilla with rice, beef, nacho cheese, sour cream or chipotle sauce, and shredded cheddar. Roll tightly. -
Grill with Cheese:
In a skillet, melt butter or oil. Sprinkle cheddar directly onto the pan in a circle.
Place burrito seam-side down on the cheese. Grill 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
