Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Sear the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Cook for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Prepare the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add cream cheese and heavy cream. Stir until smooth.
Add Parmesan cheese and dried thyme. Cook for 3 minutes until thickened. -
Simmer and Serve:
Return chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the top.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
