Ingredients

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 teaspoon olive oil

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional Garnish: Drizzle of lemon juice, red pepper flakes
Instructions

Preheat Oven:
Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Mix Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine spinach, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. -
Shape Crisps:
Scoop small spoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Flatten each into a thin circle, leaving space between crisps. -
Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.

Cool & Serve:
Let cool for 5 minutes to firm up. Garnish with lemon juice or red pepper flakes if desired.
