Description

Crispy, cheesy bites packed with Mediterranean flavor — perfect for snacking, salad topping, or party platters!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, finely grated

  • ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish: Drizzle of lemon juice, red pepper flakes


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Mix Ingredients:
    In a bowl, combine spinach, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  • Shape Crisps:
    Scoop small spoonfuls onto the baking sheet. Flatten each into a thin circle, leaving space between crisps.

  • Bake:
    Bake for 8–10 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly.

 

  • Cool & Serve:
    Let cool for 5 minutes to firm up. Garnish with lemon juice or red pepper flakes if desired.
