Instructions

Preheat Oven
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. -
Make the Topping
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, parmesan cheese, minced onion, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined. -
Prepare Chicken
Slice chicken breasts in half lengthwise if thick. Place them in the prepared baking dish. -
Coat and Bake
Spoon the mayo mixture over each chicken breast, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown. -
Serve
Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with your favorite sides.
