Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ cup beef broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti recommended)

  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook Beef:
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Brown ground beef for 5–7 minutes.

  2. Sauté Garlic & Onion:

  3. Season & Simmer:
Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth, simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. Make Cream Sauce:
