½ cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

8 ounces pasta (penne or spaghetti recommended)

Instructions

Cook Beef:
Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Brown ground beef for 5–7 minutes. -
Sauté Garlic & Onion:
Add garlic and onion. Sauté for 2 minutes until soft and fragrant. -
Season & Simmer:
Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth, simmer for 5 minutes. -
Make Cream Sauce:
Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy, about 3–4 minutes. -
Cook Pasta:
Stir in uncooked pasta, ensuring it’s submerged. Cover and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally. -
Finish & Serve:
When pasta is tender and sauce is creamy, remove from heat. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot!
