Description

Creamy, fruity, and no-bake — layers of cheesecake pudding, fresh fruit, and vanilla wafers for the perfect crowd-pleasing dessert!


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix

  • 2 cups milk

  • 1 package (12 oz) vanilla wafers


Instructions

  • Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
    Beat cream cheese until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
    Fold in whipped topping until creamy.

  • Prepare the Pudding:
    Whisk cheesecake pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes until thickened.

  • Assemble the Layers:
    Place half the vanilla wafers at the bottom of a trifle dish or bowl.
    Spread half the cream cheese mixture over wafers.
    Top with half the banana slices and strawberries.

  • Repeat:
    Layer remaining wafers, cream cheese mixture, bananas, and strawberries.
    Top with any leftover whipped topping and garnish with extra strawberries.

 

  • Chill:
    Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Chill overnight for best flavor.
