Ingredients

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1½ cups whole milk

Instructions

Bake Tater Tots:
Preheat oven per package instructions. Bake Tater Tots for 20–25 minutes until crispy. -
Make Sausage Gravy:
Brown sausage in a skillet. Stir in flour and cook 1–2 minutes.
Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper. -
Cook the Eggs:
Scramble eggs in a non-stick skillet until fluffy. -
Assemble Bowls:
Divide Tater Tots into bowls. Top with eggs, sausage gravy, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
