Instructions

  1. Bake Tater Tots:
    Preheat oven per package instructions. Bake Tater Tots for 20–25 minutes until crispy.

  2. Make Sausage Gravy:
    Brown sausage in a skillet. Stir in flour and cook 1–2 minutes.
    Slowly add milk, stirring until thickened (about 5 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook the Eggs:
    Scramble eggs in a non-stick skillet until fluffy.

  4. Assemble Bowls:
    Divide Tater Tots into bowls. Top with eggs, sausage gravy, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
