Description

A cheesy, crispy, flavor-packed nacho recipe loaded with seasoned ground beef, beans, veggies, and creamy toppings. Perfect for parties, game nights, or casual dinners.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ lb ground beef, cooked and seasoned

  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ¼ cup guacamole

  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Arrange tortilla chips in a single, slightly overlapping layer on the baking sheet.

  • Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the chips.

  • Top with cooked ground beef, black beans, and diced tomatoes.

  • Scatter jalapeño slices on top.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.

  • Remove from oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, and chopped green onions.

 

  • Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
