Ingredients
For the Chicken Thighs

5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (patted dry)

1 teaspoon 21 Salute Seasoning (or any poultry seasoning)

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons unsalted butter
For the Creamy Sauce
-
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
-
2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped

2 tablespoons flour
-
1 cup chicken broth
-
½ cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup Parmesan cheese (or Prieve cheese), finely grated

Salt & pepper, to taste

2 teaspoons fresh dill, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Season chicken thighs with seasoning, salt, and pepper on both sides.
3️⃣ In an oven-safe skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
5️⃣ Stir in flour and cook for another 1 minute, stirring constantly.
6️⃣ Slowly pour in chicken broth while stirring, and cook for 1 minute or until thickened.
7️⃣ Add heavy whipping cream, stir well, then mix in the Parmesan cheese. Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
8️⃣ Return chicken thighs to the skillet, coat them with sauce, and bake in the oven uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until fully cooked.
9️⃣ Garnish with dill and extra cheese if desired. Enjoy!

✔️ Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor.
