Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 3 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

For the Peach Topping:

  • 4 cups peaches, sliced

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

  • Make the Crust:
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
    Press firmly into pan to form crust.

  • Prepare Cheesecake Filling:
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Mix in sour cream, eggs, and vanilla until creamy.
    Pour over prepared crust.

  • Add Peach Topping:
    Toss peaches with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Spoon evenly over cheesecake batter.

 

  • Bake & Chill:
    Bake 50–60 minutes until center is set.
    Cool completely, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
