Description

Juicy, sweet peaches baked with a golden oatmeal crumble — the perfect end-of-summer dessert!


Ingredients

  • 8 cups peeled and thinly sliced fresh peaches

  • ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup packed light brown sugar

  • ½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, room temperature

  • 1¾ cups old-fashioned oats


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, toss peaches with sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Spread in baking dish.

  • In another bowl, mix remaining ½ cup flour, brown sugar, oats, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly.

  • Sprinkle oat mixture over peaches.

 

  • Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream for the perfect quick peach crisp!
