Juicy, sweet peaches baked with a golden oatmeal crumble — the perfect end-of-summer dessert!
Ingredients

8 cups peeled and thinly sliced fresh peaches

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, divided

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided

¼ teaspoon salt

¾ cup packed light brown sugar

½ cup (1 stick) salted butter, room temperature

1¾ cups old-fashioned oats
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, toss peaches with sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and salt. Spread in baking dish.

In another bowl, mix remaining ½ cup flour, brown sugar, oats, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Cut in butter until crumbly.

Sprinkle oat mixture over peaches.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until topping is golden and filling is bubbly.
